We are living from 35 years in our house located at rohtak..our head of market want to make a public bathroom near our home...we requested to make bathroom little far from our home...but he said its public bathroom and we will keep it clean..but we want that bathroom will make but far from our home..... What is the procedure to get stay on construction from district court? Or the procedure to stop by doing this in approach and in law manner
Though it is nagar nigam's policy decision but one mUST immediately file writ in Allahabad High court after moving objection to authorities.
I know exactly similar issue of Allahabad wherein hIgh court stayed the same tiolet to be operational.
