Constructing house without leaving any ventilation space

Hi Experts, this is Altaf here, I am having an agriculture land where I had built the house. Mine is last plot in that cross and also the road ended after our house. Next to our house there is another cross in veritical means after the end of road after my house, there is one plot of other parties. Now that party is als building the house without even leaving a single inch on the back side of the road and they are leaving windows and door towards thier back (which comes front/sid to our side). this plots are non -NA layout which means these are Agriculture. How can we take lagal actn
We suggest that you will have to send a written complaint to the Municipal Corporation or any appropriate authority from where the approval for construction is sought. If they fail to take an action you can file a Writ Petition against the authority and seek appropriate stay on the illegal construction
