Company land partition

My dad purchased a land in 1970s and registered in the name of a company. The company was source of income for 5 family members. In 1990s all 5 families distributed the company capital and land equally. Land is still in the name of the company and has not been registered in individual family heads. My dad and his one brother continued to run company. My dad passed away in 2015. My uncle believes the company is his alone. Now we are willing to register the land in the name of each family head. What are various ways of getting this done in right way? This land is in Bihar.
