I have purchased a flat in g +3 building. Where common connection meter is not installed yet, is it the responsibility of builder to pay the fees for common connection or people living in fkats will have to pay?
Sir, as per ur query u purchased flat in building, where common connection meter not installed ,iits depend upon the t&c of punches agreements ,in general its duties of the builders to installed common meter

Ultimately you all the flat owner are to contribute. for this you apply for separate connection. I have purchased a flat in g +3 building.
