Commercial shop possession dispute with builder

I hv booked a commercial shop on assured return after paying 90%.But w.e.f. 2015 the builder stop assured return. He is charging additional amount on 1)Sinking fund Rs200/sq ft. 2)Labour cessRs20/sq ft. 3)EEC Rs120/sq ft. 4) Firefighting Rs70/sq ft. 5) Enhanced IDC/EDC Of other govt charges. 6) Dual electricity meter Rs25K. 7)Power backup Rs45K. Pl. Suggest
Hi, file a case before RERA authority and also file fir before the court under section 156. It will help to create more pressure. This is very common litigation and will help you to recover your money.
