Can a wife include her name in the property taken by a husband through bank loan... the wife is not working...
yes you can get the registry of the property in joint name that is your name and in the name of the wife. The Bank loan can be in your own name it is not necessary that loan also should be in both the names.
Yes a wife can include her name in the property taken by her husband, provided the husband is also willing to do so , by his convent as he is the sole and absolute owner and if he permits to do so then you can. The question of wife not working does not matters.
Daughter cannot claim as there is will of the father and property is not ancestral but purchased by father himself.. however as a daughter you can claim other properties which are not the part of will
