Hello Sir, i want to buy a flat which is registered society in Jharkhand and they are telling that they have group registration so they will transfer their share to me. Now i am confuse that how much i have to pay registration fee and vat for that group registration. Please help me on this. Thank you,

what do you mean by group registration.... there is nothing called group registration ... for registration cost its 7% of the total value of the flat.

Your question pertains to registration charge, hence I advice you that as per rule of Government of Jharkhand you should have to pay 3% service charge and 4% stamp charge in registry office and also other miscellaneous charges have to be paid. Feel free to call me for more information.

The registration fee in the state of jharkhand is 7% that includes stamp duety as well as registration fee 4% stamp duety and 3% registration fee however registration fee of a lawyer or any other associated person may vary from office to office
