Clarification regarding gift deed.

1. what is the implication from direct transfer of gift from mother’s sister? 2. whether it is possible to make two gift deeds i.e from mothers sister to mother and mother to individual? if that be possible two deeds can we make on same day? 3. any other option please suggest

And that you can do directly, As your Aunt comes under the definition of Family/close kin thus, register a gift deed in your name for that you have to get the Gift Deed registered by getting it on the stamp paper and paying the registration fee of the gift Deed.
