Clarification on property dispute between sisters

two sisters built floored building in 2008 in 3 cents land.sold 1st floor in 2008.in2012 both sisters partitioned ground and 2nd floor there is nr individually.in2016 aug owner sister sold second floor to other party. now second floor purchaser& agent filed a case got injection oder,and on false evidencescunniving with ground floor owner manipulating a false document in stamp paper[VENDOR SEALED on 27/8/2016 just 4 days ahead of 31/8/2016. without date,month, year of execution. hence will full manipulation to harass,defame and and destabilise our life can we seek leagaL REMEDY IN WHAT FORM.GUIDE ME|
