Clarification on partition of property between grandchildren

my father and 3 younger brothers are thier, my grand father and is brother not devided my grand father brother has died in 1968 is got to female childrens now that female childrens are registed the case for partcian what is the stand now sir ,please

yes they have right to take a fathers property ..Section 23 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, where a Hindu intestate male heirs and his property , wholly occupied by members of his family, the right of any such male heir to claim partition,,furthers contact us

It is understood from the query that the property is undivided ancestral. If they have filed the suit you have to file your written statement. If the daughters are married their marriage dates ,status to be considered for statement. Feel free to contact me.
