Clarification on partition of property between brothers

23-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
There is a partition agreement between my father (eldest) and his brothers( 3 in number). One of my uncle is actually holding power of attorney of my father(and another uncle). I got to know that the two uncles have hidden a portion of land that is not on government record. They have fall out because of the hidden land, which we never knew. Now one of the uncle has filed a case that he does not have road ( as they have hidden the piece of land). Now both the brothers are hiding the fact and trying to get a road through my fathers land ( as it is suitable to both of them). Its been 2 years , I also employed a lawyer a year back, but later I found that he has joined with the uncle (holding the power of attorney). He told me that we should tell the court to divide the land according to the court. But later he denied me to write another written statement, when I pressed he made a written statement which has nothing in it. What to do?

Meet a Civil Lawyer with all the documents. It is not possible to comment anything on the basis of the narration given by you. It would be better if any lawyer studies your paper and then comment.
