Clarification on parking dispute in shop purchased.

Hello sir Sir i have purchased a shop from a person and that person has purchased a shop from the builder. But the shop is shown as stilt parking in the blueprint in sra and i was not aware of that i had come to know it later on...also the oc has come for the society and even i had done with the stamp duty and registrtion for the shop in 2005 also the 1st party has done loan on it from icici bank and i have that paper also... but i am not a member of the society..and the builder is now died and it has handover to his son so what should i do these ??
Buyer must be aware. Ignorance of law is not excuses in the eyes of law. You can file fraud case against the person from you had purchased the shop. You can recovered the amount given to him along with interest.
