Clarification on CPC company rules

Matter relating to mesne profits forgotten while dismissing Company Appeal, inspite of order of admission of Appeal in 2000 (i.e. 16 years ago) having held that the matter to be decided at final disposal of appeal. What course is available to the respondent, whose cross objections have also been allowed while dismissing Appeal, for getting the issue of mesne profits decided and under which provisions of CPC or Company Rules ?
