Clarification about Licensors and Licensee agreement

The Licensors and Licensee has right terminate this agreement by giving one month notice to other part, but only after completion of Lock-in period. should i have to give notice period before completion of lock in period or before also we can give and leave with expiry of lock in period.

The above mentioned query depends on the clauses incorporated in your Leave and License Agreement. Kindly go through your termination clause in the agreement or check for penalty clause if terminating within lock-in-period. Kindly visit any lawyer for further insight in respect of your query.

As per the terms of Ur agreement vch U hv mentioned ,U should give one month notice after completion of lock in period, Nd after completion of notice period, u can leave . U can not count one month during lock in period.
