Charitable Trust bought land from SCST candidate

23-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)

Our family run charitable trust in Rajasthan bought a small piece of land adjacent to Dharmshala boundary from a SCST candidate. The deal was done some 23 year ago on a stamp paper and it was notarised. For the benefit of poor families in area, trust conducts cataract operations on monthly basis for free. Now the person has filed a case against members of the trust and case has been filed with police & sec 47 (awaidh kabja) , sec 3 (iv & v) imposed. Kindly suggest a way out.
