Change of parking floor plan by society at the time of conyance deed

Can society chairman under criminal conspiracy change original parking floor plan in deemed conyance via a vis the original sanctioned floor plan by pune munispal corporation with out written consent of flat owner. If so what remedy is available to flat owner.
no, one cannot change the plans and if you think that a conspiracy has been done against you, you can file a criminal complaint against the people who have conspired against you with relevant proofs. you need to be sure regarding the same, once the parking has been allotted without your consent it cannot be changed ( if it is mentioned in documents)
