Case against housing society association trying to dissolve

i have the following questions 1. double flat car parking promised by society, is that legal to offer two car parkings. 2. swimming pool given by society but it is not legal as per society rules 3. association not replying to notice and wants to dissolve the association as early as possible. i want to bind the association and ensure that they are also a party to the case.
According to recent Supreme Court judgement, the parking area in the common area of the society cannot be sold to the residents of the society. It is supposed to be enjoyed by every resident of the society.
Swimming pool is an amenities provided by the society. It has to be build according to the norms provided by the government.
