Cancellation of sales permission on Agri land

hi my family own 2acre agricultural land in thane,which we acquired through the kul kayada. as u know to sell a kul kayada land we need to take a sales permission. i have taken that sales permission,new 7 /12 which we have taken do not have kul stamp on it. now,we dont wanted to sale the land and want to cancel sale permission,pl tell me how?so that we can get the kul stamp again on 7/12. please help.

Under Kul kayda Sec 43 stamp sale permission is compulsary
Stamp duty will depend on agreement for sale or (MOU) between the parties
So kindly cancel agreement for sale if other queries kind ask
