Can younger brother have right to get share in elder's property?

My dad have two younger brother's. He had some agricultural land purchased by his own earnings. But one of his younger brother asking him that he also have right to get share in my dad's own property. Is that leagal. I want to know.

If the property is self acquired by your father, i.e. he has bought the property himself, then no one is entitled to share in that property.

The younger brother is not entitled to any claim in the property.

Your father can dispose off that property as per his wish.
