Can younger brother get parents property transferred to his name

31-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I stay in Mumbai and my parents stay in Rajasthan along with my younger brother. My elder brother staying in the same compound of my father's land got the land transferred in his name by forcing my father who is paralysed and not fit. Now he is not taking care of my father and also had taken the land. Is there any provision that if a son doesn't take care of his father once property is transferred to him, father can cancel the transfer deed?

If property is self acquired property of your father and he gave to your elder brother then there is no provision in law to help you. But if the same is taken without his consent then you can file suit n take you share.

So far as cancellation of transfer deed is concerned it depends upon the terms entered into agreement.if their is any condition with regard to taking care of father than the same can be challenged.if their is no such condition than your father can file a suit for cancellation of transfer deed on basis of fraud and cheating.
