Can we sell the house built on a common land

my father constructed a house in the common land which is not registered. my uncle's are not allowing to do so. my father build the house with his own money. but what is the option with us to sell the house without there consent
It appears that your father build a house on a joint land in respect of which no formal partition had done.If that is so your father cannot sell the house with land if that exceeds his due share.
In that context with out a formal deed of partittion your father can not sell the house.
