Can we purchage plot and get home loan if we buy it

Dear Sir, We would like to purchase a plot the history of the plot is as below 1.In 1974 it was purchased buy A person through court auction 2.In 2014, A has given GPA to his son B 3.In 2015, A and B sold it to C and D persons Questions: 1.Can we purchase this plot now? 2.Can we get home loan? 3.Will there be any problem with GPA person B in future 4.Any other checks to be done, please let me know.
As the said GPA was vested in the person 'B' by the person 'A' and then decide to sell away the property to the 'C' and 'D'. Now as the ownership is transferred to 'C' and 'D' and if they also have any GPA regarding the property then, you can buy the said property. Also, you are eligible to apply for the loan. Though, keep in mind, you will have to check every single detail about the status of the ownership of the property.
