Can we give woman's share at another place

I want to ask some questions regarding widow aged about 90 yrs old (my father's aunt) claiming on her father' s land. Recently my father had already sold his father's land which is under my father's name and we didn't dwell in that land but now her aunt is claiming her father's land and we are telling her that we will give the land where we are staying but she did not agree to this.I am hindu.Is this correct?So,in this condition what will we do. kindly give me some suggestions.

As per the facts provided by you, the status of your father's aunt as to whether she is a coparcener or not. If she is your Father's Aunt and her father died before 2005 which is highly likely, she can not claim any right in the ancestral property.
