Can we buy land if its nature is mafi inam land

I find agricultural land near Hyderabad, seller has pattadar passbook, but in online, it is showing as "Mafi Inam land" , there are no transaction on this land in EC. They don't have ORC from Inam Tribunal. Can we buy this land?
the classification of land in revenue records is that of mafi inam lands. it so happens that in a survey there are sub divisions and pote kharab,etc. extents of land and demarcation is required from tahsil office. If it is an inam land, the transactions pertaining to sale/buy are prohibited and no proper title can pass. if classification is done with some mistake, the same requires correction in local tahsil office, than next steps follow.
