can we be forced to vacate when property partition case in court

property is in court for partition as the owner of the property died bachelor so it gets divided equally between brothers we r 1 party among them staying in the dispute property can any 1 of them force us to vacate the premises.we dont have any other source of shelter to vacate nor to fight in the court for the share in the property please helper
Dear Sir/Madam, if you have right over the said property under Hindu Law, Indian Succession Act, as class legal heirs, you will not vacate the said property but you have to plead by filing an objection statement or filing an affidavit for the same. And also you have to file civil suit for Injunction not to dispossession from the said property without due process of law. If you want more advice, I will do it under paid service.
