Can uncle claim share in my fathers property

Ek property mere papa k nam par hai. Mere papa job me the.wo 3 bhai the. Unki death k bad baki log usme share mang rahe hain.mere pas 3 cheques hai jisase payment hua hai aur baki ek DD Jiska slip unlogo ne chura liya hai aur bolte hain ki unke father ne DD se pay kiya tha. Baki cash payment hua tha. Kya is property me UnKa share banta hai Jab ki wo papa ki kharidi hue hain. Bare papa job me the chhote papa kaisan the aur hum hamesha bahar hi rahe hai. Ek sath kisi function me rahte the. Kya ye huf family kahi jayegi Jab ki humra khana tak alag alag banta hai.

Section 420 in The Indian Penal Code
420. Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person de­ceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

if property is mutated and registered in your fathers name ,then the legal heirs come in picture right away after death of your father no matter who has made the payment until and unless there was a privity of contract between your father and uncles. Otherwise The property firstly devolves upon Class -I heirs as per Hindu Succession Act,1956.

Firstly if the title of the property is in your father's name than only your mother and you or any other siblings are the first class legal heirs.
