Can title to land be changed after registration

Dear Advocate, I would like to know if a i buy a Land in Name of My father. What is the possibilities of Putting My name in Registration. meaning the Registration of of Land should be valid in my father name till he alive after he pass it should be directed to my name.

I suggest you to not do such transaction, as such transaction will fall under the head of Benami Transaction which is illegal. if you are giving the money for a piece of land then it is advised that you purchase it on your name, however if you are willing to purchase a property on your fathers name, you can gift him the property after purchasing it.
