09-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My father in law made an legal will in 2011 in favour of his only son. all the daughters are married and well settled. can the daughters claim the property against the will.
If the property is an ancestral property the property will be distributed according to the Hindu Succession Act. All the legal heirs will have share in the property. Your Grandfather cannot claim for the entire property as it is an ancestral property
