Can son claim gifted property of mother ?How to proceed on it ?

PL ADVISE ME THAT WHETHER A SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY BY MOTHER IS GIFTED TO HER ONLY SURVIVAL SON CAN BE CLAIM BY THE GRANDSONS OF THE DECEASED OTHER SONS OF THE MOTHER.

No as the said property is self acquired in nature, your mother being the sole owner of the property, she reserves the right to transfer the said property in favour of anyone she wants. Thus, the said property can not be claimed by anyone other than the person in whose favour the mother has registered the said gift deed.
