Can son ask for fathers property back

A is a buyer of a property of B.. After 10 years A dies and A's son came to know of the sale deed but now the property is in possession of B's son and he is saying that he doesn't know of the sale deed and inherited the property. Now A's son want his property back, How?

You can file suit for possession in the court of competent jurisdiction. Court within whose jurisdiction the property situates has jurisdiction to try the suit. you will have to pay recoverable advelorem court fee on the market value of the property
