Can sister claim share in property gifted to brother by mother

i have one property issue..my mother have 5 children ..2 brothers 3 sisters including me..my father died when I was small..after my father died she divided property n gave to my sister's also..in my part old house came..so I developed my old house to in to shops n one house..now I am planning to sale my 2 shops now my sister send legal notice that she want also share..if she file case she will get share? My mother gave me my property has gift dd in grampanchayat i have ownership certificate i am only paying taxes from 1992..please advice
Regarding the property, if the said property was transferred by a way of gift deed then, you are the sole owner of the property. However, if the said property is ancestral in nature then, also, your sister can not claim their share in the said property as your father died before 2005 amendment, thus, your sisters can not claim their share in the said property.
