Can property once transferred to someone be taken back by owner

My younger brother and his wife are not listening my mother and they are disturbing the whole family. if mother want her property back which is given to my younger brother. So can she do it. Can she reverse his property. Which was of his husband's who died 10 years ago.

It is unclear what you mean by "given to my younger brother". Did the husband leave a will? Who is the current owner of the property? Is it your mother? If yes, she can ask them to leave the house and file a case against them.
