Sir I am in process of buying a office. The property is under construction. The builder has registered it as IT offices. Now my question is whether a chartered accountant firm buy and operate from there and what are conditions for the same
You will have to register the said CA firm as per the firms and societies registration Act, as the acts differs from state to state you will have to look into the state law as well.
