Sir, whether the said house is self acquired by your father and mother? the said property is in name of your parents is it? if my understanding is right your mother has one half of ownership ok, if it is so, then your father cannot sell or transfer the same in your sister's favor, do one thing if your mother is having right of one half in property ask her to come forward to settle the same in your name.

The joint hold property in the name of your parents remains in their hands as a joint hold unless it is alienated in a lawful way. It is not possible for them to throw you out unless you agreed to it. You must overcome your fear and anxiety. Buying a stamp paper and scripting something will not be appropriate without a detail study on the issue. You are within time to get access to your mother's help in this issue. As such you must get an advice of a property lawyer before proceeding further.

The parents can give their own property as their wish no sons can question the disposition of property. Mother can dispose the property according his subject to her share. But if they are beyond legal capacity the sons can challenge it.
