Can my uncle make will or sell his share of ancestral property

My Father was four brother that is uncle 1, uncle 2, uncle 3, uncle 4 they have Ancestral property which is divided in four parts but two brothers of my was unmarried .Uncle 3 was dead so family makes agreement after death of uncle 3 which is all Property of uncle 3 transfer to uncle 4 and All property of uncle 1 transfer to uncle 2 i and also make a Bequest (vasiyat) Reg. on namly wife of uncle 1 before 12 year ago. Now uncle 1 i want sale his property and runaway from home Dear Sir I want to stop them
