Where the property has been purchased by your father then your father cannot claim share in the property. He is the owner of the property and your father can distribute the property according to his wish. After his death the property will be distributed among legal heirs of your father equally.

as i understood the property is bought by your father in the name of your grandpa, which later transferred in your father's name. In fact these types of cases the law speaks on both side. there are cases in your and against you too. It is advisable that, the civil matters are needed to be advised properly before you indulge into any litigation.

If your father has taken property back by registered document them your uncle can't claim the property but if your fathe has not taken the property by registered document then your uncle can claim that since the property is owned by your grand father then they are also having right.
