Can my father transfer property to one of the siblings only

12-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
We are four siblings. My father own his properties on his own risk. Now he is going to share the properties to one of the siblings & remaining property to trusts. Can he do like that? Can't we stop doing like this.

Hi
If it is a self acquired property of your father, then he has the right to dispose of the property in any manner whatsover.
however you can file a suit for partition on all the properties and then drag on the case, till such time your father changes his mind and decides to partition the property equally.
