Can mother transfer all her property to one of the brother

I am from hindu religion . I have 3 brothers . Me and my elder brothers works in defence services. My other brother live with my mother. My mother did not love me and my elder brother because we dont live with her. Now my mother had decided that she will give all her property to other brother living with her. Is it possible. Will me and my elder brother will not get our village property.
If the property is a self acquired property of your mother then she will have full right over the property and she can transfer the property in the manner she wishes to. But if the property is an ancestral property then the property will be divided according to the Hindu Succession Act.
