Can mother claim share in property given by grandmother to my aunt

My grand mother has three daughters, She died three yrs back. before she dies she wrote a will to my aunt only, My question is! Can my mother have right to get the share on my grand mothers property? is it possible without remaining daughters permition they can sale the land.

Your aunt should get the WILL probated in the court and then only can sell.
A will if not accepted by the other daughters should be ratified by the court failing which the WILL is not valid.
In your case, if the WILL (in favour of aunty) is not ratified, then all of the daughters will have equal share in the property.

HI,
your mother will get right over the property if your grandmother died intestate ( without any will and gift)
but in your case your aunt will get the rights over the property by virtue of will by your grandmother.
in the absence of any will your gm property will be equally distributed between the daughters.
your aunt can sell the property according to her will and wish, no permission is required from other siblings.
