Consult and get advice and explain that is ancestral property..? Or self acquired property from your mother..? Consult and discuss face to face and file a appropriate suit in appropriate jurisdiction and get your share.

Dear madam,
You have not placed your query clearly, to give good suggestion following details are very much importent, 1) whether property you claimed is self acquired or not?
2) If self acquired, and your mother alive that's her choice to alienate the property as per her will. And if she died you can claim.

Since you have not mentioned your religion, the answer is based on the tenets of Hindu Law of Succession. As a daughter you have an unalienable right in the ancestoral property of your father only. All others i.e. the self acquired property of your father and all property of your is subject matter of a Will and /or Probate. There is no automatic right in mother's property.
