Can pre died child or abortioned infant in mother' s womb get share in it's died father property in hindu family ?
If there was a child in the womb, then the child is eligible to get the property in the event of death of the father.
however in case of a unborn child, there can be no claim as the unborn child does not have any rights. Only the wife will have the rights on the assets of the deceased husband.
