Can I take my property back once transferred
21-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
I am a 70 yrs old man i have acquired some property and registered it on the name of my two sons. Recently my elder son expired ,he does not have children but he has a wife. Is there any way by which I can reclaim my property without giving to my daughter in law.I have the documents with me is it possible to convert in my other sons name in the future
Sorry nothing can be done about it now as revocation of gift deed can be done only if the donee consents. in your case unfortunately the donee had predeceased you.
