Can i sue my society for taking no action on illegal encroachment

Hi,I wish to give my flat on Rent but due to inappropriate management and no strict action taken against illegal encrochment.The Society which has shops on the groundfloor has become a mess.Due to such nuisanc nd mess I am getting rent 10000 less than what it should get.Can I sue my society for this loss and are they liable.

Dear Sir/Madam,

You can file complaint in Consumer Court against society & claim damages for your previous loss. As well as you can also file criminal letigation against society & encrochers.

No you can't sue society on this ground since society is not any way responsible for the less rent that you can get. If you have any other valid reason to show that then you can proceed accordingly. Thanks
