Can I revoke gift deed made towards my minor son

07-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I am a Hindu woman gifted my 2 properties to my minor son about 4 years back . In that document my father and my self are the natural guardians. Now I wanted to revoke the gift deed and sell one of the properties for the purpose of my minor son's education and his other needs as I don't have any other income being House wife.Is it possible? If possible ,what is the procedure involved ? How much time required ?

you no need to revoke the gift deed and you are the natural guardian, so you have file a case in the court and you have to take permission from the court to sale the property on behalf of your minor son for his purpose. the court will give permission then you can sale the property.

As the property now stands in the name of minor, you have to obtain permission of the court to sell the same. The time required and costs involved can be advised after persuing the documents that you have to support your case

Hi
As you have gifted the property to your minor sons, you can sell the property as natural guardian of your minor son without any problem.
however if you want, you can approach the court and ask for court to grant permission to sell minor property.
Courts will grant permission to sell minor's property provided a part of sale proceeds are kept in fixed deposits in the name of minor child. this process(court permission will take 6 months)
Hope this helps.
