Can I purchase another flat in same housing society and get membership

Query: I am having flat and membership in group housing society, now I wish to purchase another flat in the same housing society. My query is : 1. Can I purchase another flat in my name 2. Can I obtain membership for the new flat.
Yes you may purchase another flat in the same housing society depending upon the rules and regulations of the society. The same goes for the membership of the society. Some of the societies do not allow the same.

No you can not and your application will be rejected. As per the byelaws of group housing society no member can be eligible for second unit, but you can take it in name of your father, mother or wife. i will email you the rules for your reference.
