Can I make single agreement for more than one licensee ?

Property license agreement is valid in kolkata and if so can i make agreement with 3 licensee in a same agreement? if so how can i make them jointly resonsible for paying rent and other dues

Kindly provide details of the property, are they sharing the same property or all 3 of them have different properties. if its the same then yes you can have all 3 names in one agreement but if not then have 3 different agreements.

You can and nothing in law stops you from doing so. However if its a single unpartitioned property you may do so otherwise your interest will be best served in creating three different licences. A single agreement would not necesarily make one licensee jointly and severally liable for another licensee in case thats what u r looking for.

Are you going to give licence for a single property and/or single part and parcel of a property ? Or is it different for difference licensee? If the answer is yes then you can go for a single agreement, otherwise you should execute three separate agreements for each and every licensee.
