Can I get share in my father's property

We are 5 brothers. my father passed away 22 years ago. my brothers are not giving me any share from my fathers property. how can i get the share from the property?
You may file a Suit for Partition in a competent civil court having proper jurisdiction, where your four brothers will be treated as defendants The Court after hearing pass a decree for preliminary decree ,there after the properties divided by meets and bounds through a Survey passed commissioner.
