In the Giftdeed if I found or doubt the signature is mismatch, then can I start a case of forgery? Is a forgery case continues for yeare? Can alone I could challenge it? Or it is necessary some witnesses?

yes you can but there is no petition for forgery in itself. forgery is an allegation taken in a suit or some other kind of proceeding. so first you must inform us if you indeed have instituted any proceeding anywhere?

yes the gift deed can be challenged and you can do so alone as long as you can show a grievance due to such gift deed.

you may also file a fir for cheating and criminal breach of trust if you wish to initiate criminal investigation. either way it is advisable.

If you found that the signature is mismatch in Deed of Gift as you stated, before filing any forgery case better to go for a case for cancellation of deed and if the Learned Court is of opinion that the signature mismatch then he can cancel the deed and after obtaining the order you can file a forgery case. You can challenge alone.
