can i file a suit to claim my ancestral Property?

we have one land 1.50 acre in guntur Dist the land my fathers fathers fathers property Namely veraih have 3 sons ayyna ,subbu,nanaya ayyana have one son panakaklu and nanayya have 4 sons subbu have 2 sons rayude, amrutharao rayude expired amrutharao occupied the land on 1981 onwards his name entered in RSR adangal this land sale 2005 to third party on sign the sale deed in amruthaiah family and Nanayya family without panakalu sons we are grand sons of panakalu family we have no evidence we are share holders in that land we have right or not pls advice if we file the case which documents

Please be more clear when furnishing details relating to your question. Your Great grandfathers' property is ancestral and Panakalu grandsons have a right on it.

File a suit for partition of property if you want to claim your right on the land.

However, you will need to have proof that you are descendants of your Great Grandfather since only that makes you the rightful heir to his ancestral property.
