Can I file a case on Inam land if the purchaser has not paid

My Grand Father's land has been signed by Grand Mother and My father as my Grand Father is Expired and the purchaser had not given the money after the registration has been done .He has done GPA with position and occcupied the land in 2006 .Do i have any Rights to produce a case on the land or otherwise shall i leave it.It is a Agricultural land has been given to my Grand Pa by Govt as inam land. If yes i can put a case How should i proceed now( iam not a major at the time of Registration and my brother is a major. please reply meeeeeee

Hi
Inam lands cannot be sold either by your grand mother or father.
Inam lands can only be inherited by the legal heirs of your grand father(grand mother, your father and after their life time you)
File a suit for declaratory title against the purchaser and get the land mutated in your name
